Maintenance Technician at Curaleaf in Webster, MA, performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems. **What you'll do** - Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, inspections, and site surveys - Repair or replace hardware, ceiling tiles, flooring, and wall protection - Troubleshoot and fix electrical components, plumbing, and handle painting and minor roofing repairs - Document facility deficiencies, complete preventative maintenance slips, and address urgent issues like leaks and power loss **What they're looking for** - Skilled problem-solver with proactive approach to building maintenance - High School Diploma or GED and certificate in building maintenance from vocational or certified school - 3–5 years of building maintenance experience - Strong self-starter with excellent problem-solving and customer service skills **Details** - Location: Webster, MA - Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt - Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm - Salary: $21.00–$23.50/hour USD
