Support cannabis plant propagation and vegetative growth at Cresco Labs' Lincoln facility, handling cloning, watering, pruning, and plant health monitoring. **What you'll do** - Carry out day-to-day plant care including cloning, watering, pruning, transplanting, and plant work - Apply pesticides and fungicides while maintaining quality control and organization - Monitor and maintain plant production and health from clone through vegetative stage - Maintain cleanliness and efficiency of production area in accordance with state regulations and Cresco standards **What they're looking for** - Two years experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption - Strong organizational skills with obsessive attention to detail - Experience with Excel, data collection, and entry - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment **Details** - Location: Lincoln, IL - Type: Full-time - Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:20 am–2:50 pm - Salary: $19.25/hour USD
