Leader in Training at Green Thumb Industries in Silver Spring, MD, a developmental role on the fast track to Assistant General Manager. **What you'll do** - Oversee daily dispensary operations including inventory, compliance, and cash handling - Lead team members to deliver memorable customer experiences across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery channels - Participate in "Leader On Duty" shifts to supervise staff, recognize performance, and support the customer journey - Build and retain high-performing teams through recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching **What they're looking for** - At least 3 years of customer service or retail experience, with 1+ year in a supervisory role - Cannabis experience preferred - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to manage operations, inventory, and compliance **Details** - Location: Silver Spring, MD; On-site - Salary: $22–$23/hour
