Operations Automation & Process Specialist at Bloomwell Group in Frankfurt, building AI-powered automations and workflows to streamline operations for a leading health-tech company. **What you'll do** - Build and maintain automations, chatbots, and ticketing processes in HubSpot and integration tools (Make/Zapier) to reduce manual work - Analyze processes across Customer Care, Medical Operations, and partner pharmacies; convert repetitive tasks into automated self-service solutions - Integrate AI assistants, smart drafts, and FAQ bots to help support agents respond faster and more accurately - Automate data quality tasks in the CRM (deduplication, missing properties) and build dashboards for support KPIs and automation metrics **What they're looking for** - At least 2 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or similar role - Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js and Python; solid knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and databases - Hands-on experience with language models (prompting, tool use, agents, MCP) and daily use of AI coding tools - Solution-oriented mindset: prefer delivering a working 80% solution quickly over perfecting theory for months **Details** - Location: Frankfurt - Type: Permanent
