Lab Technician

Lab Technician at Green Thumb Industries in Hackettstown, NJ assisting with lab production including distillation, extraction, and cannabis-infused product manufacturing. **What you'll do** - Prepare laboratory equipment and cannabis plant materials for extraction; operate intricate extraction equipment per SOPs - Process cannabis concentrates and extracts while delivering on production goals with focus on safety and quality - Clean and maintain extraction equipment and laboratory facility; wash and sterilize laboratory glassware - Record data in lab notebooks, computer databases, and test reports; follow SOP and analytical procedures for compliance **What they're looking for** - Associate or 4-year degree with relevant college courses in biology, chemistry, or physics preferred - Prior production laboratory or manufacturing experience preferred; prior extraction experience highly desirable - Familiarity with OSHA guidelines for hazardous chemicals and ability to work in regulated environments - High level of critical thinking, professionalism, integrity, and ability to work independently or in teams **Details** - Location: Hackettstown, NJ, United States - Salary: $19/hour
