Leader in Training at RISE Dispensary in Peoria, IL, developing into a leadership role overseeing daily operations. **What you'll do** - Support management in executing dispensary operations, compliance, inventory, and regulatory adherence - Lead team members to deliver memorable customer experiences and loyalty goals - Oversee cash handling, intake/verification of deliveries, and inventory management - Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching team members **What they're looking for** - At least 3 years customer service or retail experience with 1+ year in supervisory role - Cannabis experience preferred - Strong leadership and team-building skills - Ability to balance operations, customer experience, and people management **Details** - Location: Peoria, IL - Type: Full Time - Salary: $20–$21/hour
